Entry Requirements to Study at University College Dublin, Ireland
General entry requirements (exact requirements may
vary from course to course)
Postgraduate Courses: At least 60% in
Bachelors (we recommend 65%+) or CGPA of 7.5 or higher (on a
scale of 10). IELTS: 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each
module (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE
score)
Undergraduate Courses (after 12th): 85% or
higher for most courses (IBDP: 36 predicted or higher). IELTS:
6.0 with no less than 5.5 in each module (or equivalent TOEFL
or PTE
score)
UCD MBA: Bachelors degree with at least 3
years of professional work experience after graduation (which
does not include summer placements, part-time or temporary
work experience). GMAT score of 600 or higher (the average
GMAT
at University College Dublinis 640). IELTS:
7.0 with no less than 6.5 in each module or TOEFL
iBT: 100 (with min. score of 24 in writing, and min. 20 in
reading, listening and speaking). All eligible applicants will
be interviewed

or conditional offer to study at UCD
University College Dublin, Ireland Global
Excellence Scholarship (50%): All successful applicants to
eligible full time programs are invited to apply to our
prestigious Global Excellence Scholarship. The Scholarship
Program is funded by UCD and aims to attract excellent
candidates. Applications are open to applicants who already
have an offer or conditional offer to study at UCD
University College Dublin, Ireland Global
Scholarship: You are automatically considered for the UCD
Global Scholarship based on all the application
materials. Applicants with the following statuses (Offer,
Conditional Offer, Accept or Conditional Accept status)
are automatically considered for partial tuition scholarships
by the UCD admissions and scholarship committee
For one year Masters Programmes, the scholarship
will cover the awarded amount against one year of tuition
fees. For two year Masters programmes in the College of
Engineering and Architecture, the scholarship amount is
renewable in the second year subject to the student
maintaining an annual grade point average of no less than
3.08/4.2 (upper second class)

Exchange / Study Abroad Scholarship: Returning Exchange and
Study Abroad students are eligible for a €4,000 tuition fee
scholarship
Universitas 21 Alumni Scholarship:
Universitas 21 Alumni are eligible for €3,000 or 10% tuition
fee scholarship. This scholarship is open to all successful
applicants to graduate taught masters students who are
graduates of a Universitas 21 partner university. Scholarship
awards are applicable to full time Masters Programmes; This is
excluding the MBA programme in the Smurfit School of Business,
joint masters programmes, clinical programmes, and online
programmes. Here is a list of
Universitas 21 member Universities. In India, only the
University of Delhi is a member of Universitas 21
V.V. Giri Scholarship at University College
Dublin, Ireland : All successful applicants to eligible full
time programs are invited to apply for the prestigious V.V.
Giri Scholarship. The Scholarship Program is funded by UCD and
aims to attract excellent candidates. For one year Masters
Programmes, the scholarship will cover the awarded amount
against one year of tuition fees. For two year Masters
programmes in the College of Engineering and Architecture, the

All of the above scholarships are applicable
